Yeh.. well guys.
Some topic you've picked around here! Noticed some tricky stuff hanging in the previous topic's pages, here i go correcting.

2 KaLaSH:
I speak with people from England, Norway, Sweden etc almost every day got used to speak with them on English..and now it seems like I speak on russian, though sometimes it takes time to think how to make a sentence
Sorry to correct, nice knowledge of English, but not the best to be. Well Kalash i'd sure say you make best for the 2-nd from top. Well:

I talk to people from England, Norway, Sweden and etc almost every day, got used talking to them in English and now it seems like I'm talking Russian, though sometimes it takes time to think of how to make a sentence.

Rather impressive actually.
The reason most people don't know English is that they aren't correctly educated!

Well anyway.. I definetely choose the first from top, cause as you all can see my knowledge of the language is rather high.

And what is the sense of correcting the "speak" word? :agy: People will understand me if I say it like that. You write/speak on some kind of bookoxfordprofessorwhatever language, people dont speak like that on the street, even in England...people speak on just...simple or natural language, and there is no sense to keep all the rules written in the books.
Better try to correct someone else, I'm pretty sure its not 33 people here who speak English fluently :)
Why I'm 2nd from the top? "кое-как улавливаю на слух, долгое чтение внапряг, пишу плохо" - I had these things few years ago, but now its not like that :)

I wrote - it takes time to think how to make a sentence
You corrected me - it takes time to think of how to make a sentence
but it's just a little different sense in both sentences, you can either write like me or like you.
Вобщем мое - занимает время подумать как составить предложение, а у тебя занимает время подумать о том, как составить предлжение :)

don't want to hurt your feelings mate, but you're trying way too hard, you know, it's some kinda school stuff, it's the way you write essays at school to get top marks, but that doesn't sound natural. I mean, when you really can speak, you've got the flow, you can omit a few words and make errors but they can understand you, but when you try too hard to show your skill, which probably isn't there yet, one can easily tell you're fake. Language is there to transmit your ideas, that's your ideas what matters, not your ability to make use of all your schoolbook vocabulary.

"correctly educated"
you meant "properly educated", didn't you? normally I wouldn't ever notice that, but it's you who started.

Да блин.. обьясняю.. сами Американцы своего языка не знают.. вот и говорят неправильно.. а вы стараетесь им подражать.. I'm sorry but such phrases like.. I'l fuck 'em up before they can find me - меня не впечатляют.
Seldom do you see a person with a good knowledge of English.

2 HobbiT:
Leaffall is the English equivalent to the russian last name. And, by the way, my last name in English would be Listopadov!

To your concern correct writing and speaking is the key to good knowledge. It's not some formal English i'm introducing here, this is real spoken English, but for the special terminology.

As second of all, I don't judge who should be 2nd or 1st!

2 KaLaSH:
In case you haven't noticed, those corrections aren't important at all, but some really are, those i tried to seek out to you.
Here, have a closer look:
I speak with people from England
Not "With", "with", here, means that you speak along with that person. In that case you should use "to", to avoid misunderstanding.
So here's how it should be:
First of all, as for we are writing here, make sure to be correct, as we speak pronunciation changes a lot of things and words skip!
That is a big difference.

Next mistake.
got used to speak with them on English
Not "on English" - "in English"!

And the rest well, it's personel style.
2 DustmaN:
Don't be ridiculous, it's not essay style, why, just how come did that come up to you?

No this is exactly what i meant. Teachers can properly educate a student, but can they give correct education that's what worries.
By the way about the vocabulary, this is the real thing that matters, cause the greater your vocabulary is, the better is your knowledge of English, well "omitting" the fact that you should know Grammer of course.

So let's not start any serious discussions on this matter, but as a future notice - English is simple once you've started using it.

Yeh, just in case, please, don't keep an evil's eye on me, okay?
Sure will admit, that Street English isn't in my liking.

I just can't take it anymore. What do you know about REAL spoken English? The real-real spoken English has so little grammar in it, you could even cry.
You DO know grammar, congrats, but you are SO selfish about it... this can even make me sick. Stop learning English. Start learning being a people person - this skill is more valuable.
